Psychological Counselling

Life Support Mental Clarity One-on-One Therapy

How can psychological counselling help you?

Reach out

There are times in life when you find yourself in a difficult situation or feel misunderstood by others. The potential to resolve those challenges often lies within you—you may just need the support of a psychologist to unlock it.

A psychologist can help you explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be keeping the problem in place and preventing you from living in line with your values. Together, you’ll define the problem, set goals for change, explore solutions and build new skills to manage it more effectively.

Excessive anxiety

Ongoing nervousness, panic attacks with physical symptoms and a tendency to avoid situations that trigger anxiety.

Worry

Persistent worrying about health, loved ones or future events, often accompanied by getting stuck in your thoughts. You may feel a loss of control over your life.

Low self-esteem

Having an overly negative view of yourself, engaging in negative self-talk and avoiding challenges due to a lack of belief in your own abilities.

Emotional difficulties

Frequently experiencing negative emotions such as guilt, anger, sadness, worthlessness or dissatisfaction.

Social anxiety

Intense anxiety in social situations and a tendency to avoid them. Persistent fear of failure, embarrassment or being judged by others.

Distress

Feeling overwhelmed by mental and emotional pressure, with physical symptoms of stress and limited coping strategies.

Relationship difficulties

Feeling unsatisfied in personal or work relationships, facing frequent conflicts or struggling to start and maintain meaningful relationships.

Lack of motivation

Difficulty focusing, remembering details or making decisions. Trouble starting new tasks or following through on commitments.

Changes in sleep and appetite

Difficulty falling asleep, waking too early or sleeping excessively. Changes in eating behaviour, including cravings or loss of appetite.

About Tuuli
Junolainen

With an MA in Clinical Psychology and training in CBT, schema therapy and solution-focused coaching, Tuuli blends psychological insight with real-world leadership experience. Having worked with startups, corporations and leadership teams, she brings a unique, results-driven approach to coaching.

Tuuli’s background as a diving instructor and ultramarathon runner reflects her commitment to pushing boundaries. This mindset shapes her coaching: helping you navigate challenges, unlock your potential and achieve meaningful, sustainable growth.

My coaching combines deep psychological expertise (MA in Clinical Psychology, Co-Active Coaching, Erickson Solution-Focused Coaching) with real-world corporate and leadership experience. This unique blend allows me to support both mindset and strategy—helping you achieve sustainable personal and professional growth.

If you're seeking clarity, personal growth or support with challenges in leadership, mental well-being or performance, coaching could be a great fit. Whether you're facing burnout, decision-making stress or struggling with work–life balance, my approach is always tailored to you.

Some clients gain insights after just one session, but lasting change typically requires 4–6 sessions. Depending on your goals, coaching programmes can range from a few weeks to several months.

Therapy focuses on healing past wounds and emotional challenges that may still affect you today. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-oriented—helping you set goals, build strategies and move forward with confidence.

I am trained as a cognitive behavioural therapist and schema therapist. Both are evidence-based approaches, proven to be effective in treating mood disorders (such as depression, anxiety, etc), traumatic experiences and personality disorders.

Mental health first aid training equips employees and managers with the skills to recognise and support colleagues in emotional distress—helping create a healthier, more resilient work environment.

Burnout often starts with chronic exhaustion, low motivation and reduced performance. My programmes focus on practical ways to support mental well-being, set healthy boundaries and build long-term resilience.

You can book a session via email or through the contact form. If you're unsure which service suits you best, feel free to reach out for a consultation.

I primarily offer online counselling and coaching sessions, which provide flexibility and make the best use of your time. In-person coaching can be arranged at your location when needed. Training programmes can be delivered either onsite or virtually.

Yes, I tailor my workshops and programmes to meet your organisation’s specific needs—ensuring maximum value and impact for your team.
